How long does moving off Fivemanage take?
About ten minutes of your attention. You paste a read-only key, we copy every file, and hand you the list of old link to new link when it finishes. The copy runs without you watching it.

No. The upload endpoints are Fivemanage-compatible, so screenshot-basic, the usual phone and dashcam resources and ox_lib keep working once you swap the URL and the token.
They keep pointing at your old host. The migration report is a mapping, so you can rewrite the ones that matter — open reports, appeals, your wiki — and let the rest age out.
Yes, and for the first week you should. New uploads go to FiveDock, the old key still serves reads, and you cut over when nobody notices the difference any more.
Outbound delivery of your files — a screenshot in a Discord embed, a clip opening in the panel, an image pulled by a phone script. Uploads do not count, and neither does anything the panel fetches to render itself.
Uploads stop. Existing files keep serving and nothing is deleted. You never get an invoice you did not agree to — that is the whole point of a hard cap.
The going rate elsewhere in this corner of the FiveM world is about $4 per TB. We do not pay much to send your files out, so we do not charge you much for it either.
We serve them smaller: WebP or AVIF where the browser accepts it, EXIF stripped, one stored copy of a duplicate, and resizing on the fly. Around 60% less transfer, with your originals kept untouched.
No. They are encrypted on your machine with a key that never leaves it, so we hold ciphertext and nothing else. Keep that key somewhere other than the server it protects — if you lose it, nobody can recover the backups.
They are incremental, so an hourly schedule does not mean twenty-four full database dumps a day.
Yes. Roll back a single table, one resource, one file, or one player's inventory and money to any point inside the window, while the rest of the city carries on. Table and player restores are on City and Metro.
Yes, on City and Metro. Point us at an S3-compatible bucket you own and we write there instead. Still encrypted with your key, still restorable from the panel.
One resource. Drop it in, add ensure fivedock and your key to the server config, restart. That is the whole setup, on a dedicated box or a managed host alike.
No. The agent connects outbound and nothing listens on your machine, so there is no new attack surface to firewall and it works behind NAT without any port forwarding.
Never. It is read locally and used locally. The panel receives the rows you asked it to show, never the credential that fetched them.
No, and it is not trying to. txAdmin runs the machine — the process, the restarts, the console. FiveDock runs the city — players, evidence, rollbacks, files. Most cities run both.
A seat is someone who can sign in to the panel. Players uploading through the public portal are not seats.
Yes. Roles gate every command from City upward, and every action is written to the log with a name against it. Metro adds two-person approval on the destructive ones and masking, so trainees never see real addresses or payment details.
A per-player timeline — logs, screenshots, clips and transfers indexed by player and by second. Open a report and the proof is already assembled, and it exports as a file rather than a paragraph.
Long enough that an appeal filed a month later still has something behind it.
Yes. 10 GB of storage, 100 GB of bandwidth a month, two seats and daily backups, with no card and no trial clock. It is roughly three times the free allowance most cities are leaving behind.
Two months. Yearly is billed once at ten months' price, and you can switch to it mid-month — we credit whatever you have already paid.
Up or down, any time, prorated to the day. Downgrading keeps your files; anything past the new plan's quota stops accepting uploads until you are back under it.
You drop to Free and keep serving whatever fits inside it. Everything above the Free quota stays downloadable for 30 days, and the panel gives you a bulk export rather than making you click through a file list.
Tell us what you were doing when it broke. A screenshot of the console helps more than you would think.
